AssetFair.com began as a personal mission of husband and wife team, Vladimir and Sarka Hulpach to help people tackle economic hardships and diversify their asset portfolios at times of cash restraint. Together, they hope to establish an internationally recognized Web platform and database that would be most comprehensive in its barter and asset exchange category.

Based in Fountain Hills, Arziona, AssetFair.com is wholy owned by GoldenLane, Inc., which was founded by Sarka Hulpach in 1992. The Hulpachs each have more than 25 years of experience in real estate, development, export-import, banking and accounting, in addition to their Master's Degrees in Economics.
