Exchangeable Equity (also referred to as Exchange Equity or EE) represents Asset Equity (Owner's assessed value of the listed asset, less any encumbrances and/or attached debt), minus any amount the listing member requires in cash only.
As such, EE is the value that the listing member wishes to trade for another asset.
