ASSET EQUITY
Asset Equity is computed as the stated Asset Value, less the total of all stated Liens/Encumbrances. If a listing is entered as TradeYourDebt, the Asset Equity may reflect even an unrelated debt that the listing member elected to attach to his listed asset.
