TRADE YOUR DEBT ™ is a unique platform allowing borrowers to unload their debts when using an equity they have in tradable assets which may be otherwise hard to sell for cash. As AssetFair members, all they need to do is to list their obligation on TradeYourDebt ™, along with description of the encumbered asset (for secured debts), or, for unsecured debts,  a description of an unrelated asset they wish to pledge in order to get rid of the debt. Multiple assets can be combined so that their aggregate value exceeds the debt amount. Once the value considerably exceeds the obligation, the listing member may end up getting rid of their debt and owning another asset of a category they select, depending on the agreement they reach with an interested party. AssetFair database will identify closest matches, generate offers from other AssetFair members for the borrowers to consider and facilitate further negotiations.
