Locate New Financing

You may have agreed with another AssetFair member on an exchange where you would assume his encumbered asset, for your lower-valued asset or for another compensation. However, his original Lender would not agree to a loan transfer and wants to be paid off. Therefore, you are looking for a new lender.

The Owner of the asset you want to acquire - and obtain new financing for - can post the listing on 3D Exchange. He has already listed his description of the encumbered asset, this time he will need to add - with your help - information about the terms of financing you seek and your loan qualifications. The listing will be entered as  Owner and Redeemer seek Lender where you are the Redeemer. It will be posted on the Financing pages (see Tools) which the lenders monitor for new lending opportunities.
