AssetFair - Source of New Lender Opportunities
Since AssetFair deals with debts and carrybacks, it creates interesting situations where the parties to an exchange deal are looking for new financing. These opportunities can be found on the "Financing" pages of the Tools section.
The new financing opportunities are divided in 3D Exchange and Other Lending Opportunities.
The 3D Exchange offers are unique since they stem from an agreement between two AssetFair members where one (Redeemer) wants to take over an asset owned by the other (Owner) and is looking for a new financing. Typically, the Redeemer is a better qualified borrower than the existing Owner.
Other Lending Opportunities are database summary of all other debts listed on AssetFair that the members want to be relieved from, by listing them on TradeYourDebt(tm) section of AssetFair.
