Revitalize Your Receivable

If you are a holder of a Promissory Note, lien or a loan provider, AssetFair can help you sell or exchange your receivable for another asset. Post it on List Your Asset as Receivable.

If you do not insist on a pay-off and would accept carrying a new and better qualified borrower, you can look for such party through 3D Exchange on AssetFair. List your receivable and indicate that you would consider extending the loan on similar or modified terms to a qualified new borrower. Or, give a consent to the existing debtor to list the encumbered asset, along with the debt, on 3D Exchange, offering new financing to a qualified third party.

In either case, your listing will display in Asset Search and also in "Owner and Lender seek Redeemer" section of 3D Exchange.
